Kerri Callidora, Author and Creator of "The Flourishing Family", is Ventana’s Director of Relocation and has 25 years of related industry experience. Shawn Shackelton has fostered relationships with some of the most respected real estate analysts in the Valley has a deep understanding of the market as a whole and comes with 15 years of expertise. They currently speak bi-monthly to other local demographics and are offering this “Real Estate – Current State of the Market” to CVB Members - and all of their employees, this summer.
Our hope is that this topic will clarify the confusion of current real estate media messages, revealing the facts about the Valley’s real estate market as well as the local and hyper-local markets within the city. How this affects everyone is different and understanding the market as you look to buy or sell your own personal homes during this shifting market is very important.
