SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ.  (January 7, 2008) – Ventana Fine Properties, a boutique Real Estate company specializing in the marketing and sales of high-end, luxury residential properties, has announced the opening of its new offices in DC Ranch, at 20865 N. 90th Place, Suite 200, in North Scottsdale.
The office, located in the Financial American Center of Market Street Commons, is situated in the middle of an area where the company will specialize. “We deliver custom and comprehensive real estate services to our clients and customers serving North Scottsdale’s finest communities including DC Ranch and Silverleaf,” says John Birsner, founder and Designated Broker of Ventana Fine Properties.  “Our team currently includes seasoned professionals, two of whom were first to sell in DC Ranch ten years ago”.
Birsner has more than 21 years’ Real Estate sales experience in Arizona, the past 14 with Camelot Homes, where he and Nelson were part of the original sales team for the award-winning Montelena neighborhood in DC Ranch.  Since he began his Real Estate career in 1986 and affiliated with Realty Executives in 1987, Birsner has closed over $220 million in sales.  
Also part of the team is Christine Nelson, who has been selling homes in DC Ranch and North Scottsdale since 1997.  An Arizona native, Nelson also most recently worked with Camelot Homes, where she met Birsner.  Since starting her Real Estate career more than 10 years ago, she has closed over $160 million in sales.
Additional team members include Courtney Forster, a Senior Sales Associate and community specialist for the company, as well as a resident of DC Ranch, Bart Mahrer, a Senior Sales Associate and Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist with 20 years’ Real Estate experience and recently Aaron Church a Senior Sales Associate and area expert.
“Together, we have almost 60 years’ cumulative Real Estate sales experience and a 10-year history of working in the communities we serve,” says Birsner.
